FOUNDER

Kirsten is the founder of Wholehearted Life and has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, culture and organisational development across government, corporate and purpose-led organisations. She works with executives, senior leadership teams and Boards on the human side of complex change: leadership behaviour, culture, team effectiveness and the conversations that matter.

Kirsten is accredited in Human Synergistics’ LSI, OCI/OEI and GSI methodologies and Adaptive Cultures.

Her style is warm, candid and highly practical. She is particularly skilled at helping experienced leaders see patterns they may not see themselves and turn insight into meaningful change in how they lead.

ASSOCIATE

Jacqui brings deep expertise in leadership development, facilitation and executive coaching, with particular strength in education, government and organisational change. Her work draws on Adaptive Leadership, systems thinking, vertical development and contemporary approaches to adult development, helping leaders make sense of complex environments rather than simply acquire more techniques.

Jacqui is an experienced organisational coach and practitioner in Adaptive Cultures and Prosci change methodology.

She combines intellectual depth with warmth, energy and a lightness of touch that makes challenging work accessible. Jacqui is especially strong at creating learning experiences that invite reflection, experimentation and genuine shifts in how senior leaders think and operate.

ASSOCIATE

Peter brings more than 25 years of leadership practice and scholarship to questions of ethics, integrity, judgement and decision-making. His Oxford doctorate explored ethics and senior leadership, and his work has included Commonwealth departments, the Victorian Public Sector Commission, Victoria Police, Cabinet Ministers and senior public servants.

Peter is particularly valuable where leadership cannot be reduced to a formula: competing obligations, difficult trade-offs, public accountability and decisions made under pressure.

He brings intellectual rigour without becoming academic or abstract, helping leaders examine the assumptions behind their choices and strengthen their capacity for thoughtful, principled judgement in complex organisational environments.

ASSOCIATE

Diana is an internationally experienced leadership practitioner specialising in Adaptive Leadership, complexity and adult development. Over more than 20 years she has worked with senior leaders across government, universities, health, law enforcement, national-security organisations and the community sector, including APSC SES Band 1 leaders and Victorian health executives.

Diana was the inaugural Chair of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute, is accredited in Case in Point methodology and has contributed as guest faculty at Harvard Kennedy School. She is also an adjunct senior lecturer at Monash University.

Diana’s style is thoughtful, curious and deeply comfortable with uncertainty, helping leaders work with complexity rather than rush to easy answers.

ASSOCIATE

Martin is an experienced leadership and organisational development practitioner with particular depth in diagnostic-based development and coaching.

An accredited Human Synergistics LSI practitioner for around 20 years, he has conducted more than 200 senior-leader debriefs and has led leadership, change and capability programs across Commonwealth, government enterprise and local-government environments. His experience spans individual coaching through to organisation-wide change and distributed workforce programs.

Martin combines warmth and directness with careful provocation: he creates enough safety for leaders to reflect honestly, while being willing to challenge the stories and patterns that may be limiting them. His focus is always on translating insight into practical behaviour change.

ASSOCIATE

Jane brings more than 20 years’ experience across education, public-sector and corporate learning and development. A qualified teacher, learning designer and coach, she combines a strong understanding of how adults learn with extensive experience translating leadership frameworks and diagnostic insights into practical development.

Jane is accredited in Human Synergistics LSI and GSI and the Leadership Circle, giving her considerable depth in leadership assessment and coaching. Her facilitation style is inclusive, interactive and reassuringly practical: she creates environments in which people can engage seriously with their development without learning feeling heavy or over-engineered.

Jane is particularly strong at making sophisticated ideas usable in leaders’ everyday work.

ASSOCIATE

Andrew brings more than 20 years’ experience across leadership development, senior people leadership and culture transformation in public, private and not-for-profit organisations. His career includes serving as Chief People Officer at Movember and Chief Instructor at the Royal Australian Air Force Officers’ Training School, an unusual combination that gives him deep practical insight into leadership, development and organisational systems.

Andrew is an ICF-accredited coach, holds a Diploma of Vertical Development Coaching and is accredited in LSI/GSI and Adaptive Cultures.

Relational, curious and practical, he helps leaders examine not only what they do, but how they make sense of increasingly complex roles and environments.
